What do I do in case I receive a defective / damaged item
from ushapurifier.com?
If an item ordered online by you and is delivered to you in
a damaged / defective condition, please email us at sales@usha.in
for a replacement, and return the product to us within 7
days upon receipt.When we ship out the replacement item to
you, we will also have the defective / damaged item picked
up from you at our cost.
How can I return a product ordered from ushapurifier.com.?
We are confident you will be extremely happy with your
purchase. We are proud of our extremely low return rates,
when you choose to make full payment on ushapurifer.com.
Within 7 days of receiving your shipment, you may return any
unopened item in its original packaging, for a refund
(excluding shipping costs).
We will refund to you the entire cost of the returned item,
less shipping costs. Please note that we will provide a
refund facility only for products bought from our online
store.
Within what time period do I have to return the product?
You need to return any product bought from Usha Purifier
within a period of 5 days from the receipt of the shipment.
How and when will I get my refund?
Upon receipt of your package with the item in it, we will
initiate the refund process. The refund will be made to the
same payment option(s) originally used to pay for the order.
Please note that in case you have used any vouchers, gift
coupons, reward points, we can only refund your account
against these specific options and we will not be able to
return the same as a cheque.
What do I do in case I was to cancel my order before the
shipment reaches me?
Please write to sales@usha.in quoting your order no. and
requesting for cancellation. Upon receiving your request we
will initiate the refund process. The refund will be made to
the same payment option(s) originally used to pay for the
order. Please note that applicable transaction charges would
be deducted.
